By using https://www.zonus.it you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What Zonus is today
Today zonus.it is a launch website: a story, a map of the city we are building, a journal, and a waitlist. It is not yet the live membership app. Offers, the Z Card, in-venue QR and Zonus Surprise become real at launch, planned for September 2026 in Milan.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell a membership, a discount or a prize until the product is live and the specific terms of that product say so.
Who may use the site
The site is for people who can form a contract under Italian law. The product is designed for university students in Milan. You must provide a real email if you join the waitlist.
Do not use the site to break the law, to harass anyone, or to probe our systems.
Waitlist
Joining is free and optional. It signals that you want launch news and early access information. It does not guarantee a place, a discount, a prize or a launch date written in stone.
We may close, pause or reopen the list. We may refuse or remove an address that is abusive, automated or clearly not a person.
What you see here
Copy, photography, the wolf, the Z Card, layouts and code are Zonus or used with permission. You may not copy the site as a product, scrape it at industrial scale, or pass our brand off as yours.
Journal pieces are editorial. They are not legal, tax, housing or immigration advice. External links (universities, ATM, agencies) are not Zonus. Check them yourself before you pay anyone.
Partner names on the site are places we are proud to stand next to. A name on a page is not, by itself, a live offer you can redeem today.
Zonus Surprise / Zonus Sorpresa
The launch initiative is described on the Surprise rules page. Until official contest documentation is published, it is a description of how we intend the goodwill mechanic to work — not a prize you can claim from this website.
Joining the waitlist is not, by itself, an entry into a prize contest.
The app, later
When the app opens, additional terms may apply: student eligibility, how QR redemption works, partner house rules, and Surprise. Those terms will be shown in the product. If they conflict with this website’s terms on a point that only exists in the app, the app terms win for that point.
Acceptable use
You will not:
- Try to break, overload or scan the site in a hostile way.
- Submit other people’s emails to the waitlist.
- Impersonate Zonus or a partner.
- Use our marks in ads without written permission.
- Upload malware or illegal content (you cannot upload much here anyway — do not try).
Liability
The site is provided as it is, for a product that has not launched yet. We work to keep it accurate and up. We do not promise uninterrupted access, or that every photograph will match a venue on a given Tuesday.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that Italian consumer law does not allow us to limit: including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
For everything else, and to the extent the law allows, Zonus is not liable for indirect loss, lost chance, or decisions you make from journal articles. If a court nonetheless finds us liable, our aggregate liability related to this website is limited to €100, or the minimum the law imposes if that floor is higher.

Venues interested in joining write to partnership@zonus.it or visit business.zonus.it. Those conversations are not governed only by these website terms.
Law and venue
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law of your habitual residence that cannot be waived.
Courts of Milan have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer venues that the law assigns to you.
The European Commission’s ODR platform is available for consumers; it does not replace talking to us first at info@zonus.it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new text, except where the law says we must ask again.
